Check in

You can check in between 17h and 21h. If you want another time, please give us a call in the morning.

You can already park your car in our courtyard in the morning, there is ample parking (free). Your car can stay until the end of the day of departure.

On the large nameplate you turn into the lateral lane.

Check out

At the latest 11 am ; after a party a little later can be arranged.

Accessibility and comfort

All rooms are accessible at any time > upon check-in the guest will receive a badge/key.

Indicate when booking if you want twin beds (single beds in the same room).

Our rooms are carefully equipped with top model beds, guarantee to dream away blissfully...

Full comfort: all rooms have a private bathroom with bath and toilet; TV and Wi-Fi, hairdryer, kettle and fridge.

Availability

Our prices are always per room per couple (there is 1 single room), incl. taxes and breakfast.

For additional sleepers, a folding bed can be set up > 5 y. à € 25; if possible, extra guests can stay in the room for € 30, including breakfast.

A children's park is available 10 euro per night (not possible in the room Pirroen); < 5 y. stay for free.

The Smissche

This is the guest room where breakfast is served; you can stay freely, watch TV, use the Honesty Bar; until 22 pm.

You can also have free access to the terrace and garden, cozy under the giant walnut tree; for the kidz there is a playground.

Honesty Bar and consumption of drinks

There is an Honesty Bar at the reception as well as in the room corridor: you note down your consumption (democratic prices) and report it at breakfast.

It is not allowed to consume your own drinks.

Breakfast

We will make an appointment when you wish to have breakfast between 7.15 and 10 a.m.; our preference is between 8 and 9 a.m.

On request we can provide service for gluten-free and lactose.

Lunch/Dinner

For lunch and dinner you can go to the restaurants and bistros in the area. If desired, we can make reservations for you.

- From Herentals/Herenthout: follow the road until you cross the Nete bridge; Hullebrug you will see immediately on your right (white farm), continue for 50m and turn right into the tree-lined avenue to park in the inner courtyard.

- From Lier/Berlaar and Itegem : Hullebrug before the Nete-bridge on the left.

Public transport :

If you travel by train you can get off at Berlaar, Heist-op-den-Berg or Nijlen. If you are unable to get to us, we can arrange a shuttle.

Hiking & Cycling

You can start mapped out cycling routes or walking routes from Hullebrug.

The free bikes (with junction maps) are ready for you (no E-bikes). Your own E-bikes can be stored and loaded.

Payment of your accommodation preferably in cash at check-out or in advance by bank transfer. We also accept Visa, Euro/Mastercard, PIN, Maestro, Bancontact.

From 3 days or more rooms: 30% deposit.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 8 days, pay nothing; up to 4 days 50% of the entire accommodation, last 3 days or in case of a no-show, the entire accommodation has to be paid.
