Welcome to B&B Hullebrug

In 2010, we discovered this beautiful farmhouse along the River Nete. One look at the courtyard and we were instantly in love. That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter in the Claes family history: living together, yet with everyone in their own space, while building a B&B where guests immediately feel at home.

For fifteen years, Danny and Susan carried the torch with dedication and passion. Recently, their daughter-in-law has taken over, continuing the warm and homely tradition.

Behind the scenes, grandma and grandpa are still very much part of the heart of Hullebrug — perhaps their secret to a long life. The other family members, brothers Bram and Tim, also form an essential link in the “Hullebrug” chain. Even the youngest members contribute: Noah and Zenna may pass through the breakfast room on their way to school, while our loyal four-legged friends Micka and Radja are usually the first to greet guests with a wagging tail.

Our rooms are inspired by the stories of local author Felix Timmermans and each reflects a piece of Kempen’s history.
